    I am an independent event planner based in Germany supporting clients worldwide with sourcing venues and executing events. From product launches to roadshows to incentives and conferences, my clients wishes are delivered through my extensive network and relationships in place within the global MICE industry.

    Sabrina Meyers

    I am Sabrina Meyers, owner, founder and Director of Orchid Lily Events. I was born in Singapore to Bangladeshi parents hence the name of the company which combines the national flowers of each country, Orchid from Singapore and the Water Lily from Bangladesh. I speak 5 different languages and have lived in Singapore, Sydney, London and currently reside in Cologne, Germany. Travel, Hotels, Gastronomy, Social Media and Popular Culture are my passions. Don't get me started on my love for all things Netflix.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

     

    With over 12 years experience both from hotel and agency side, I have been supporting clients source and deliver events globally. From knowing the hottest bars and restaurants for private dining to keeping updated on the latest hotel and venue openings around the globe, I pride myself on delivering the best options for any event big or small. And if it's a larger event, I have my little 'yellow' book to call upon some of the best fellow event planners in the industry and together we deliver your event like the bosses that we are.

     

    Our industry is a people industry and through years of experience, relationships are forged with vendors, suppliers and colleagues within the industry which allow Orchid Lily to THINK BIG whilst STAYING SMALL. Orchid Lily Events pride itself on accommodating and customising solutions to their clients needs so if its an event for 10 or 1000 people, it will provide the support you need and more.

    I support with with finding the best venues for your events anywhere in the world. From capital cities to remote islands, from exotic destinations to the trendiest, coolest and newest spaces. Places to be seen or to 'not' be seen like the hidden gems. Whatever your needs, i'll source the space. Did I mention it's FREE - yup, you read right.

    Event Management

    Need some help with concept, planning and delivery of the event? I got you.

    From working on the concept, planning the logistics and running the event, I have got you covered for whichever component you need support with be it just sourcing the venue or executing the entire event.

    The beauty in being flexible and remote is being able to 'expand' as and when required whilst keeping costs low especially for my clients. It's a no frills pay as you go approach. If you want me to source the venue, it's free. If you want me to be on-site and take on a specific project, I can work out a cost effective solution for each and every client for their budget to deliver a fantastic event so try me out and let's start a beautiful relationship.

    The 'Extra' Stuff

    An event isn't just the agenda and the space. Sometimes you need additional services that the venue doesn't provide. This is where I can help.

    I am 'in' with the best local suppliers in any destination to ensure you are able to get whatever additional service or product you need for your event. From ground transfers to event staff to entertainment and theming to large-scale audio-visual production and event management tech to customised goodie bags - I can source and deliver the best suppliers locally keeping costs down and everyone happy :)

    A little insight to me and my vlog.

    Sourcing venues and running events has been a career long passion of mine. In 2018, I launched my YouTube Channel, Hot Hospitality Exchange to provide an online platform where planners from all around the world can discover venues, hotels, suppliers, shows and destinations with me. From London to Berlin, Sydney to the Algarve, I believe the knowledge I gather from my experiences should be shared with my fellow peers so please subscribe and join me in my continued travels and discoveries.
